24 Aug Happy 100th Birthday to the National Park Service!
August 25th marks 100 years of the National Park Service and we’re excited to celebrate, as we’re huge advocates of giving back and getting outdoors. National parks have played such an important role in our environment, community, ecosystem, education, culture and history – working with Parks Project has brought light to how important conservation and outdoor recreation is.
We’ve been learning so much about our national parks through Park Project, partnering with like-minded brands and influencers to celebrate the centennial for the past several months leading up to August 25th. Our friends from the L.A. Times, HGTV, PopSugar, Seattle Times to TransWorld Business and The Inertia have highlighted national parks this year, featuring Parks Project and items that give back to the great outdoors.
So let’s welcome the second century of stewardship of America’s National Parks by encouraging everyone to take part in discovering our parks, learning about programs and giving back!
Summer’s not over yet! … And always remember, Leave It Better Than You Found It.
